Today in 1976 Israeli commandoes rescued 100 hostages from uganda in what is considered an hallmark operation called Operation Entebbe (originally called Operation Thunderbolt). My father used to tell me about Col. Yoni Netanyahu who lead this operation and was the only Isrealy commando to die that night(late night 3rd to early morning 4th). He is a hero in Israel. Also, he is my hero.
